A Client Appreciation to Remember
This year, we hosted one of our favourite events yet—our annual client appreciation day! On October 19th, we welcomed past and present clients to All Access YXE for a day packed with holiday cheer and heartfelt connections, and it was nothing short of amazing. The day's highlight was the professional photography sessions we had arranged, which brought people together most delightfully. We saw individuals stopping by for updated headshots, couples capturing romantic moments, beloved pets joining their families in adorable poses, and even big, multigenerational families gathering photos showcasing their bonds. It was incredible to witness the diversity of smiles and the joy ofTheir resilience and trust through it all stood out most to me. Despite the challenges, they remained hopeful, and seeing their relief as everything came together was incredibly rewarding. By the end, they were settled in a place where they could rely on loved ones for support. Hearing them share how much easier the process was than they ever imagined reaffirmed why I love this business. It’s not just about selling homes—it’s about making life transitions smoother. Being part of their journey was a privilege I’ll always treasure.
creating lasting memories for everyone who joined us.
The highlight? Professional family photos with the incredible Erin Crooks Photography! Families got to choose a beautiful holiday background, creating pictures perfect for Christmas cards, framed pictures for their home, or simply sharing on social media.
It was so heartwarming to see everyone post their photos afterward and hear about their plans to send them to family and friends. But it wasn’t just about the photos. Rhonda, the glue of our family (and Léo’s wife), led a fun craft table for the kids, making the day even more special and family-focused.
Warm drinks and festive vibes set the tone and the best part? Reconnecting with our clients. We caught up on their lives, heard about exciting new chapters, and even met some new little additions to their families!
The conversations were our highlight—reminiscing about old memories, sharing laughs, and hearing how their homes have become part of their lives. One conversation Leo will never forget was with a gentleman who first bought a house with Leo, later worked with both Leo and Taylor on another real estate journey, and most recently purchased a home with AJ. Seeing this relationship span generations of our family business was a humbling reminder of why we love what we do and the meaningful connections we’ve built.
For us, real estate isn’t just about helping people buy and sell homes—It’s about the relationships and memories we’ve created together. This event was a small way of saying thank you to those who have trusted us with such an essential part of their lives. We’re so grateful for every one of you, and we can’t wait to do it all again next year!
